The FDV.2 still features a low entry and exit rocker, but the nose has been slightly pulled in and a soft hip added into the tail so that you can perform quick direction changes without shedding too much speed. The most drastic changes are featured in the bottom contours with a softened vee starting early and blending in double concave just forward and through the fins with a vee exit off the tail.  A full rail still remains and a nice wide soft squash tail flows with the outline of the board for lift and good release.
